OVERBOILING - your experiences

I have not had the still blow its top yet(touch wood)but i have had a few of the first runs that i did when i started that where very close to it i reckon with lots of coughing and spluttering and i reckon this is due to IMO
1.the wash not being clear,i now leave the wash sometimes 2-4 weeks to clear
2.co2 in the wash,i now put the wash in a 5ltr container and shake the hell out of it before running it.
Also i always use still spirits distillers conditioner every time i run and the ceramic saddles,i now use two packets of those and i also blow through the condensor outlet before i start to make sure there are no blockages,result is a smooth run every time now,infact i now do stripping runs leaving the still set on a plug in timer switch.
