An effort to tidy our scruffy booard, but TBH IDGAS, we are bumbling along nicely!

Fishing trip in the wilds last week.
Some wild trout from lochs that you cannot buy a permit to fish in, 'cos nobody cares to post notices, because they do not care or object.

The sea fishing-
Codling, Pollack and Mackerell(seeming late this year),and a few very small Megrims.

Creels-
Brought back about 6Kg of edible crab.
Never yet had a lobster in a pot of mine.
The Bagatelle feeling of hauling a pot is quite magical.
Not all sea anglers would agree, but the 3 Dogfish in my pots this trip I view as a success.

Excellent haull sir!
I would disagree about the dogfish though......they're here in they're thousands off the coast down here.
Although my dad reckoned they were good eating.

Yer dad was right.
Call them the alternative name of 'Rock Salmon' and give them a chance :)
