For those that know me I'm back...for those that don't hi.
After what started off the year with a very dark cloud hanging over me.
I'm now 99%...so I'm having a sort out of all my kit...stuff that I don't need..I want to simplify my methods both with the stilling but also the brewing side.
I've made it all to much...if that makes sense??....I may even try Mash's freezer method.
When I've sorted out I'll stick it on here...I know there's an almost new t500...copper top and condenser...and other bits.

I understand what you are saying.
When I started out, I bought or built stuff that I find that I don't need now that I have settled into my routine.
But new hobbies have us champing at the bit

I only have the 4" glass sections and I want to get back working on them, sort these plates I have...you have more SD shiny than SD do ya bugger....

To be serious - SS seems to become an addiction. And I don;t mean just for this hobby. There are a couple of odd places you find yourself thinking "Hmm that would be better in SS."
