Not my choice of tipple but I made the SS Irish Cream with the cream base for friends and they claim that it was as good as Baileys.

I made Baileys for years before I started with distillation using store bought whiskey. I prefer something like Seagrams 7, which is a light blend. Tried it with a heavy brand like Jack, which is good for sipping, but overpowering in this drink.
Needless to say, you can\'t get Baileys out of one small flavoring bottle but you will need to start off with an Irish whiskey from your still, and you\'ll need to go to the grocery store for some extra goodies...
1 cup light cream (half and half if you like)

14 ounces Eagle sweetened condensed milk

2 whole eggs (optional, but I use em)

1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey

1 teaspoon instant coffee (I like powerded espresso)

2 tablespoons Hershey\'s chocolate syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon almond extract
Put everyting except liquor in blender until smooth, then add liquor with blender running (keeps eggs and creme from curdling).
This is a very versatile creme base and you can expand from here. For example, substitute rum, leave out the coffee, chockolate, almond, use only egg yolks instead of whole eggs, increacing to 3 or perhaps 4 yolks, and spike with nutmeg, and you have my holiday eggnog liquor.
Or use a neutral spirit, skip the eggs and almond, bump up the chockolate and coffee to taste and add a splash of vanilla, and you\'ll have a chockolate creme panty dropper.
It\'s a versitale base. Play and enjoy.
