Back into it, had the still fired up at the weekend....
Question is... Has anyone tried one of these Infusion Baskets for flavourings?

There was a bit of a chat on here. Search 'infusion Basket'
But no definite answer from memory.

Strikes me as being the simplest method.....

And I don't even have any of that kind of gear.
When I do confusions I just use muslin

I wish I could sort all my confusions with muslin.


Back to the op.

I am biased, 'cos I did the research. Build a sputnik.

That other thing is not properly thought through in my opinion.

I have the one that fits the AS from SS.

It's small but sits as high as it can in the pot which is a good thing I suppose.

I haven't used it yet for infusion. I put a copper scrubber in it, just to get
some copper into the vapor.
