I do enjoy a sip of the sweet milky green stuff and would love to make my own.
i would prefer to attempt a traditional wine infused distillation, rather than infusing a neutral spirit can anyone suggest the best wine to brew, and when to start the infusion?
looking online ive found a number of different herb/flavour additions for infusing with spirits, would these be the same for infusing with the wine?
