Blimey tried this today from a hip Flask.

Evidently it's 6 sweets slowly stirred into a glass of whiskey.

Thoughts gentleman please?

Title changed,as requested.
This is ringing bells at the back of my head, at least not coming as a surprise, it must take ages to dissolve them, mustn't it?
And taste something like a whisky liqueur?

Robert.

Yes whiskey liqueur. It seems it can be made in a glass in about an hour. Stir regularly during breakfast before putting into hip flask.

Might have to get some and have a go.

A friend of mine used to make something similar when he was running a pub but he used vodka, called it vodka mud but I'm sure he got the recipe off the internet (maybe a Google of vodka mud will give you the recipe?)
I seem to remember him melting them in a saucepan with some maple syrup, was hard to see exactly what he was up to when he had us all on sweet unwrapping duties!

Ok the results are in.
1 glass 6 sweets.
Needs overnight to dissolve. Very murky when done. Ideal for a hip flask where you can't see it.

Might end up back in the still.... My real feeling is it is probably a waste of good sweets.

I'm sorry that that didn't seem to work, but the honest reporting is worth Brownie points.
