I ferment 100 litres at a time. Tend to use 3 packets of vodkastar in 100 litres ... seems to work fine. Finishes at .990 at around 16% or so.
Where I live I have trouble keeping a constant temp even with an aquarium heater in the winter so I brew a lot of wash during spring / summer / into autumn then I get to play ...
It's quite time consuming as I use an air still too lol ... should be building something a little better during the summer though
