AT LAST...I can login.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same problems??? It first happened about 3 weeks back, I thought it maybe my end, I checked everything that I could think of, but nothing worked.
The problem was when I tried to login, it would tell me that I was, but if I tried to go to "my posts" it would take me to the login screen. The same with whatever I clicked on where I needed to be a member.
I even registered as "Icefever2" with a new password to try that.... >:( still the same. I tried my wife's tablet....the same load of crap on the top of the page.
I tried my new S5 phone again & again the same crap.

I then tried to email Jimmy and both times they came back. I tried to PM from another forum (a wine one) that I know one of the members is on.....no good.

I tried to ICQ a member.....still no good, then last night I thought one more go and I'll use my old laptop which runs Ubuntu OS.......... IT WORKED......I'm still getting crap on the top of some of the pages.....but it lets me login.

This is a screenshot of Jimmy's membership page some of you guys may see what the problem is.




It makes me wonder if any other guys are having the same problem as there's only 2 new post on Sat...and 2 new posts on Sun....It looks like the forum is running down, and I for one would not want this to happen as it's been a great help to me....and a load of other guys new to this hobby.

If there are folks trying like me.....I'll try to sort out an email and post later so that we can help each other.

Hi Icefever, I did think it's been fairly quiet in here! I've had no trouble logging on but I do see all the crap at the top of the page when I submit a post.

Maybe it's worthwhile contacting Jimmy to make sure he's still active and interested, it would be a real shame to loose this forum.

I agree 100% Anavrin... I have tried Jimmy twice mate....and the emails just bounced back undelivered....I'll try from the forum again...one may get through.

I've setup an email account for anyone who is having the same problem so that they can get in touch...so that we can help.

Ok Guys...

It seems that we do have a problem with the site as 3 members have emailed me saying they have experienced the same problem.

I've emailed both Jimmy and the company that run the server, now we wait...
