I appealed to breweries in Ireland, where I live, and out of four appeals I got one positive response which yielded two stainless steel kegs and a letter proving legitimate possession. Try this route before shelling out good money

As a potential alternative I bought my kegs, one 100 litre and one 30 litre from this source

I just bought some kegs from Kammac. They aren't exactly cheap, but the main suppliers seem to be part of the same big organisation, so the kegs are all about the same price.
30 and 50 litre kegs are easy to find - but difficult to fit elements to - but I am working on self build solution for that. If you can have them welded it is no problem at all.
Tall 20 litre kegs are available sometimes. My favourite (the 100 litre kegs) are very rare. If you get the chance, buy one when you can.
You might think 100 litres is too big, but it is just built in headspace. If I am doing rum I would only charge it to 70 litres max. If I was using a lot of feed grade molasses, I would only use 50 litres to allow space for the foam.
