Got some nice copper from work cut it flattened it and bent it (work in an air con factory)

I used finings always with vodka star yeasts untill one day I had no time to wait and forgot to put finings night before. So just put all wash into t500 and did striping run without waiting wash to settle or clear. Nothing changed. It came out as a good as with finings. So dont use finings any more. Of ourse after striping runs I always do spirit run

Another plus 1 on not using finings.
Wait another day or so and then do it.
