Stainless Steel Conical Fermenter
Just unpacked my new conical fermenter.
Unfortunately it didn't come with assembly instructions for all the dump valves etc!
I think I've works it out but I'm loathe to put it together wrong and risk damaging it.
Anybody on here use this type of fermenter who may be able to advise me? I've emailed the seller and manufacturer but I'm impatient to use it!
Is there any advantage using stainless steel other than it looking pretty damn cool!!

It's 33 litres Anarvin. They do larger ones too, obviously with a larger price tag.

Very nice piece of kit, I love shiney, but they are just *soooo* expensive.
I brew in a cool garage, so covering up the nice looking fermenter for consistent brewing temp would be like carrying around your new iphone in a manky old sock to keep it "nice"

"Manky old socks" may have a place in stilling, maybe not for filtering.
Or storing iphones.
