parrot

ok before i start im not taking any credit for the design for this just the build i think it was yhb that posted the link to the pdf .

any way i got board and someone asked me if i could build them a parrot .the only things iv'e changed is the bottom i didn't use an end cap i soldered and shaped a bit of copper for that
and i didn't see the need for the support in the middle

just made

Looks like a good effort from what i can see on my phone..
I like the idea of doing a bit of shaping and beating like Brian did...
I did plans today at work to be machined tomorrow in 1mm copper sheet...
Gonna heatreat and hit discs with hammer to try and form the cups.
Ill do some pics if it works

That'll work nicely Chubbs, I have to ask though, is that actually your parrot?
I only say this, as there is a picture of my pot still in your image shack. ???

he he he he yeah iv'e made these things.sorry about that guy's i forgot i had saved them .

i saved the reflux still to see if i could find what you have used to conect the water pipes to your still .

not sure about the pot still must of been some reson .

will delete them later .

@chubby78 nice build and congrats....May I ask...when do you intend to make good use of such a fine piece of equipment?
(I ask because I've stopped using mine re my potstill and I wonder which 'thing' it is I've missed) ::)

iv yet to find a sutable boiler so im making all i can at the mo
untill i find the that then there will be no stopping me .
