The man is still stalking the board, was online 5 minutes ago,and not talking to us.

Just seemingly checking responses.
Unless it was the Garda working on his confiscated PC.
Make that ten minutes,I'm tapping slow tonight.
Columbo,tired,drunk and heading for bed....

I'm still around but working on the catalogue of my equipment that I'm preparing to sell off. I really need to sell everything off and get what I can for it. I've made arrangements to be able to deliver to the UK if anyone wants to buy my pothead or VM column, thumper, Liebig etc., or anything else.

I'll have the catalogue finished tomorrow and I'll post a copy here but I have to leave all the distilling stuff off for the Irish site I'm posting on as they're a right shower of prudes and wouldn't let me post there if they knew I was into distilling ::)

Anyway, thanks to everyone for the sentiments expressed. I'll post the catalogue tomorrow evening and I think I'm hoping someone near me wants to buy the lot at a decent price - I live in hope ???

Aidan has an amazing setup that you can see here: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2892

I'd be interested but shipping to the West Coast of Canada would likely be rather costly. Someone closer should get on this!

In the bigger picture I'm only a 10 second wonder on this board AM but I'm sorry to see you're off.
Take care and keep well.

Here's the catalogue of all the gear I'm selling. I can send parcels up to 10Kg to UK which kind of rules out the boilers but the VM column and Pot Head etc are very doable and I'll be paying the shipping cost so have a look.

I need to dispose of all this equip.

Now I've never been involved in anything like this before, there are a number of items that I'm interested in, but don't know how to go about it.
So a little info on what we have to do would help, do I just post an amount on the thread??? or PM you??

PM me and we can sort it from there. ;)

Sorry, I should have explained that another forum I'm on in Ireland has certain rules about selling and they want everything done in the open where everyone can see what's happening but they're not in the same hobby as we happy few here who need to keep everything private ::)

Oh! Joy is me ;D A guy with a start-up micro brewery in it's very earliest stage has just left my house after going through everything with a fine toothcomb and had made an offer for the majority of my equipment including my Pot Head and all the kegs. He's left me with 10 items, 5 of which I reckoned I'd never sell. He even bought all my Sparkolloid. Just under €2K for the lot in cash ;D ;D ;D

I may even be able to sell on some more of the balance.

Happy camper.

Oh for Christ's sake, who combs their teeth? It's a fine toothed comb!

But aside from being a pedant I am really sorry to see you quitting, hope you will be staying on this forum and am most grateful for your guide on getting the best from the air still.
