Corn Whiskey with a T500?
Having watched the re-run of Moonshiners, I got to wondering if Corn Whiskey is something I could make with the T500. If it is, does anyone have a recipe for a wash, or would it just end up being a disgusting, sour tasting spirit, only fit for the drain?

Of course it would not end up as you describe.
The T500 is a reflux still which generally strip the flavour out of things and make a neutral tasting vodka type drink.
If you are going to go to the trouble of making a corn wash, it may be a good idea to make a pot head first.
