50g not worth the effort. make Gin not war.
Don't know about you but I store my Gin in
2 ltr flagons and always have at least 5
different Gins to choose from, stops me
from chewing my toe nails. ;D

I was wondering - can you blend batches? I.e If I manage to get a Juniper heavy batch could I blend it with the 'Questionable' coriander heavy batch? Like a Whiskey ?

Yes. Leave them 24 hours to fully combine.

I do mix Gins, sometimes one is a little too xxx
24 hours rest is a good start point.
Several days sometimes seems to make a difference too.

I find that producing at my personal chosen max. capacity keeps me in stock, sometimes I have excess, I have a store cupboard for that.
Do I ever run out?
NO, but I respect my liver and kidneys.
Your body should tell you when you when you are abusing it.
Ask yourself how your body is speaking to you.
