Re distill cloudy spirit
I have some cloudy spirit, probable cause bottled water, used to use distilled water to cut the spirit no probs changed to bottled water problems so will go back to distilled water.
When I put it back through the T500 I think i will put 2g 40%abv then add 3g water, will I have to do what I normally. do that is discard first 250mil next 250mil into the heads jar and keep the rest.

If you have distilled the lot in a T500 in the first place then there won't be any Fores or Heads and there shouldn't be any tails either. Re-run it and collect the distillate freely as Hearts but take the odd sample and satisfy yourself that it's all clean and tasty

Make your final cut earlier. Trying to get the most out of your still will get you more fusil alcohols coming accross and they will cloud your product when you add water to bring down the ABV.
Aim for quality and not quantity. The little extra bit can stuff an otherewise good run.

+1
That little encouraging voice of greed ("just add it, it is not that bad") has ruined several batches for me. It is never a good idea.

Thanks for the replies, will do as advised,I should not have used the bottled water on 7g. should have tried it on a smaller amount first. " If it aint broke don't fix it " springs to mind!
