Newcomer

[Aristocratic]

Hello everyone

My name is Brendan but usually go by Aristo online, over the last few weeks our local home-brew store had moved to a new location and were having a big sale on to support it so I decided to drop by and see what they had, I'd attempted to brew beer before a while back but found I wasn't very fond of it so I didn't see the point continuing however I do enjoy my spirits, so when I saw them offering a full stilling kit for 20% off I began to seriously consider buying one.
After a few days of research, number crunching and a shit load of encouragement from friends I ended up back at the shop and walking out with a T500 and everything necessary to begin.

My first wash is now bubbling away and I am eager to try my first batch.
