Just a thought SG...I read somewhere about how one as to be very careful when trying to make Saka, because of a possible bacteria infection that can be dangerous.
Just my 2 cents worth matey.....stay safe.

Gaza: The idea has crossed my mind. There seems to be a Korean rice spirit called okroju.
Ice: Thanks for warning mate. Maybe boiling the bejesus out if it and distilling it would be a safer option?
I can be a little gung ho at times...

It makes sense Ice. I remember reading that reheating rice to eat can make you very ill. I appreciate the warning.

I've always told myself that drinking spirits is a healthy thing Robert. Those nasty germs and bugs don't survive well in a sprit soaked environment!
