Diatribe
My interweb hook up is always slow, it has always been and probably will remain so, due to my location 'just off the beaten track' of cable, phone and dongle access.
Tonight I can access all of the sites that I may normally visit, except my email.
A major provider no less.
I suspect the newest routing can't cope with slower package delivery from slow deliverers.
WTF do I know?
This post proves that the rest of the internet works for me, if slowly.
I am starting to think that we should have stopped at carrier pigeons.
Thanks.
I feel better for that.
Robert.

Welcome brother. You are not alone.
Pull up a seat and take the weight off.
I too have elasticband, instead of broadband.

Yet I believe you live in the throbbing heart of this sceptered isle?
It makes as much sense to me as My5 finally telling me that a missed channel 5 tv program is really now avaiilable to watch.
I remain sceptical with that, but will give it a bash this week-end.
(To be squeezed in around a live gig and some stilling.)
Life is not so bad.
Robert.
