What do you guys think of this guy on youtube, he seems to explain the grainfather still very well to me but as a newbie wonder what you guys think.

I still struggle with this. Are you guys watching the still closely for several hours or is that the elapsed time and you 'stick your nose in' a couple of times? ???

I've watched LL on the GF and I've watched the 'official' Imake GF distilling vid.
Occurred to me on watching the Loon there was a different way of doing things..... ???

He grates on me a bit, but that spirit run is fairly coherent and his review of chinese pot stills and the comments that follow saved me from a rushed purchase early on in this.
