\"other home brewing\" sub forum?

Just a idea, as i know some people like to brew there own wine/beer i thought it might be cool to have alittle sub forum.
my self i am having a go with a Youngs u brew kit atm

which has no air lock (odd i know), kinda looks like the lid is gunna blow off at some point lol

That sounds like a good idea.I am looking at brewing a batch of apple cider,going to go halves with a mate,just to try it out.i dont want to brew beer but would give cider a shot.

I am sure there will be alot of users on here who would have started out brewing beer then went on to spirits.

Have done beer myself ..too much messing about though lol was a good pint according to folks who tried it

Had a go at wine too was a very nice white even if i say so myself ......... was only the 6 bottle but am gonna give the 30 bottle a go i might aswell cos i got all the equipment needed to hand.

My son and myself make our own beer from scratch i.e we mash our own barley malt etc. we have some good results especially our own IPA that comes out at 8%. Theres a pic of our kit on the forum under the heading \"Home Brewers Porn\"
