Hi RM,
I believe that Stephenson Reeve are in your neck of the woods, they do a couple of Alcohol meters in the range that you are looking for.

RM, I have bought several from this guys ebay shop.

Theres a guy in Aberdeen I bought a few from a couple of years ago.
He sells on ebay.
I've just had a quick look and he has some items but No alcometers.
