I've often wondered how this hobby of ours started.....The birth of whisky now I know...

Marvellous. I've always enjoyed the Heath Robinson illustrations.

It's not always so easy to follow the ideas of what he portrayed but purely as imagery ? brilliant........

Da nada matey. It's just that from the time I started with this internet thing, I've taken flak because it's hard to convey my exact sense of what is meant by my replies i.e. that I read them as off the cuff, throw away silliness/sarcasm, yet others have taken them to be rude or mean replies (one of the reasons I'll add emoticons etc, as perfect punctuation and spelling just doesn't "cut the mustard").

So I've become a little pedantic and it's hard not to be a bit of a spelling nazi sometimes
