This lentil wash tastes ok in it's own right, reminds me of "Diamond White" from the 90's...
Bet it'd give you a cracking headache tho.....
It's miles better than the turbo I used last time, just like it was mentioned to me in earlier questions I asked.
I now understand the skunky smell you get from turbo's.

Ice cold lentil wash and a splash of ribena is surprisingly nice.
No bad head at this stage it is no more than a flavourless wine.

These last few posts are reading,(to me) as confusion or cross talking between drinking fermented wash, strip and second run heads.
For me it is only the last one.

TPW makes a nice cooking wine. Used some in a tomato sauce last night.

Peoples, this is getting sad

what's to be done with a bunch of experienced distillers drinking fermented wash

Next you'll be eating the lentils

With all of the yeast at the bottom, it would probably make a nutritious porridge. But not one I would want to taste.

Lees - Trub? Really? I have never though of feeding it to the chickens - which is surprising as they get most other things !!
It is brill for keeping a septic tank sweet!
