I have had great success with boiling and pressing the juice out. The juice is clean and easily frozen in portions.

Growing some this year. The seeds are already in.

Boiling but NOT straining next time. I freeze strip so the leaf with no be a problem.

Might also run a wash with whole uncooked leaf.

I'm getting very envious of the freeze jacking, I wish I had room for another freezer!

I do have plenty of freezer space, but you don't need enough room to invert it.
Just enough room to freeze it hard.
