Air Still distillation breakdown

Firstly, welcome!
Secondly. if you ran strip runs and then a spirit run with cuts, and made good cuts you should not need to do another spirit run.
If you messed up the cuts and need another spirit run, then you will need to make cuts again, there is little point in a run without cuts.
You can forget the first little bit here known as fores.

With the Gin and botanicals there are also cuts to be made, Searching the threads and recipes should help you.

Many thanks for the replies, I have been navigating around the forum, and already ordered the colander and SS legs and have botanicals ready, I'm awaiting a few bits and pieces to make a filter if successful I'll post a picture, that's maybe a month away and just aiming at small quantities for the Air Still.

LOL. One of us is

.......... I am about to purchase the airstill infusion basket and sit some copper catalytic coverter mesh in it as well as copper saddles in bottom of still ... any comments on the copper would be appreciated.
