Had to stop first t 500 run

Hi all. I did my first run on my t 500 last night and I'm pretty impressed. I ran 3 gallons of 30% stripped wash and pulled about 3 L. It lasted longer than I expected and I had to turn it off. ( I was in my 6th hour). When I turned it off it was still producing at a pretty good rate. When I get home today can I Just turn it on and try to collect more spirits or should I just dump out Whats in the boiler?

Btw it was 96% from start to finish!

There shoud be about 1.5 ltr @ 95 abv left in the boiler

Foreshots are a one time deal, once there gone there gone. No need to make another cut. I sometimes find you need to make an additional small heads cut, but you should start back up where you finished in the run.
If you have a very small amount of alcohol left in the boiler you can have trouble re-equalising the column, but you should be ok based on your numbers.
