Well..I'm back...
Racing season just ended here and the dragster is put away for winter. Time to work on the Mustang..and get back to my "other" hobby, distilling.
I'm suprised this year, I haven't ran a batch since March and yet I've still got 3-4 gallons of whisky left here and another gallon or so at the cottage. This time last year I was dang near dry. Tonight my new motorhome/racecar hauler combo was delivered so I'm celebrating with a shot or fifteen! LOL!
Anyway, just bellying up to the bar to say "Honey! I'm home!"

I'm new here, but welcome back. I was over in your neck of the woods earlier visiting the folks in Mulgrave. I see the snow has arrived in some parts better get stocking up with ingredients.
Always give the hardest job to the laziest person because they will always find the easiest way to do it.

Re: Well..I'm back...
Here's the kids junior dragster and the 3 wheeler I built to tow it. It was a 2 wheeled "doodlebug" mini bike but I wanted something I could tow with and not need a kickstand everytime I stopped.

I tried to snap a picture before they set it down..the air shift bottle broke off on the launch of a 181mph pass and fell under the brake pedal. In the excitement of kicking at it she forgot to pull the shoot, went through the sand trap around 160mph then into the alderbushes around 80mph or so off the end of the track. Not a scratch on her and not much damage to the car. The panels were taken off bringing it out of the woods so it wouldn't get scratched up any worse.

Dang it...now winters here...7-8 months of snow and if we're lucky 5 months of racing...time to move south!

I had to remove the mustang picture as the owner doesn't want to be associated with a distilling site. (small world)

KerryW, you aught to come over and partake in the festivities! There's a street class....
I'll be the one in the converted bus "motorhome/car hauler".
Don't think I took a picture of it yet, when I do I'll post it. Stop by and we can swap drinks on a Sat night after the racing is over.
