Hi All

Anyone got any recipes that i can make from my JD chunk based liquor and stuff from my pantry?

I like the sweet schanpps style drinks but want a bourbon twist on a sweet drink.

any recipes out there?

Hey MM,

Home made Bourbon, Ginger Ale, loads of ice - sounds like heaven to me. :D

Other than that, try a large measure of Homemade Bourbon Whisky with a teaspoon of Maple Syrup and loads of ice - that's what I call Sweet Sippin' Whiskey ;D ;D

If you're looking for maple, check it's 100% maple and not a blend of maple and something like carob fruit - that tends to have a harsh sugar after taste compared to the real deal.
A little maple goes a long way when added to spirit, you can also add to the boiler on the spirit run and the flavour will carry over without adding any sugars to the spirit (an instant on the lips n' aw that)

My stock of white maple rum will only be brought out if I really like someone.
