My Beer Brewing brothers on my homebrew forum have bought up the remaining items other than a Refractometer and my VM Column. That's a nice clean result for me ;)

I'm going to head off shortly as this is my last night on here but I can still be contacted by email through my profile for a while longer.

You guys keep it clean and remember to make sure new distillers learn the right way to distil safe, clean spirits.

If anyone sees Jimmy around tell I said Au Revoir :D (I still think he's a figment of someone's imagination :D :D :D )

Aidan

@ Fuf; sorry M8 I missed your question but it's all gone now except the two items above ;)

All done and dusted! Thanks to all friendly members here for good wishes and positive posts.

This is a good and positive place for hobbyists in this wonderful art and craft and I hope it continues to be nurtured and tended well by those who live here for the good of all new distillers that come along.

Good luck to all here, your friendship over the years has been great company for me.

Aidan

i am a brand newbie as far as membership goes, and i just saw this part of the forum. i feel like i've lost a friend that i have never even spoken too. aidanmac's guide to the airstill is what turned me onto this site to begin with. if it wasn't for his knowledge, and willingness to share it so freely and so concise i would have been lost for years. his information propelled me light years ahead of where i would have been if left to scour the other forums. anyhoo... here's to you friend! good luck in your ventures wherever they may lead you! CHEERS!

Ha, I think you might be right! :)

I totally missed this epic event, apologies - if you ever do stop by then all the best for the future, hope there was nothing unpleasant involved and that you're having fun elsewhere mate!

Myself,I have believed for several months now that there is a distinguished gent in the R.O.I.,now quietly distilling, occasionaly visiting this site as a guest, and living Riley's life.
I would tip my hat to such a man,and wish him a quiet and uneventful time.
Along with a few thank-you's.
Robert.
And if I got the side of the border wrong,'twas but a slip of the keyboard.
