Parma violets

I did a search and only come up with a post that dissed their use as a flavouring. Has anyone successfully flavoured a neutral with Parma violet flavouring or oil ?

Try it and see what happens.
You can do this on a really small batch.

Personally I love Param Violets - although I couldn't imagine an alcoholic drink flavoured with them.

I have tasted some that somebody else made and it did taste just like parma violets, I think it was made just by adding neutral to the sweets however there was a fair bit of sediment.

I have become pedantic with some of my Apple Pie, which started as a deliberate cloudy drink.
I now spot sediment and rack it and re-rack it.
It tastes the same, but for some reason I prefer the look of the clear version.
Horses for courses.
Bonkers because I can.

I've looked at a few of the Apple pie recipes I may have a go at one of those ......need some more neutral at the moment though I'm patiently waiting for my wash to finish
It's been 20 days and the hydrometer is neat 1.00 but there's still 4/5 bubbles per minute coming off it .......is it worth waiting some more ??

It does depend upon your desperation
You could rack it off now, lose a little alcohol and be distilling quicker.
