Cap on my wash

I've just started a purple kale wash 5kg of sugar,500ml of purple kale liquid 21 litres of water and 90g of baker's yeast temperature set at 26°c , starting gravity 1.080 it's formed a cap on the top i take it this is normal oh and look what i made today

A cap is normal.
