It was not on the SS site yesterday when I was looking up the rum yeast.
Wouldn't this also equate to pot mode? However, I have read that stripping runs are ill-advised on the T500. As water distillation is hotter than a stripping run, shouldn't it cause problems with the plastic parts at the top of the column? Or not?
