Christmas Spirit
Has anybody got any recipes for a nice festive Christmas Spirit or liqueur?
Maybe some kind of mulled wine based spirit bursting with those wintery Christmassy spices and aromas?
I'm going to make up some Countryman's Gardens liqueurs like the chocolate orange one - nice easy cheat but I think they make a good drink.
I'm also thinking about one of my mad ferments - this time a Christmas pudding that I'll run through my airstill.
Anyone else got plans or ideas to raise spirits in the festive season?

Re: Christmas Spirit
I tried a concoction on Halloween that someone at work recommended to me, it doesn't have a name as far as I'm aware but it's made with,
1 Part Absolute Vanilla Vodka
2 Parts Ginger Beer
2 Parts Cloudy Lemonade
Add ice as required
It was quite nice, SWMBO was more than happy with it
You could maybe flavour you own neutral with vanilla
