First spirits have been well received.
Well I'm getting to the end of my first spirits batch and I've now sampled...
Cherry bourbon
Malt whisky
Vodka
Lemon vodka
Gin
And I'm still here to tell the tale..........
Anyone recommend a few more flavours for my second spirit run?

There's the Still Spirits "Classic" range rums.......
I like the Navy Dark Rum and the Calypso Rum especially.
Have a look at the online HBS who do the Prestige and Ambrosia brand ranges. They make 750ml so are handy for testing etc.
There are a few hard to find ones, like Cherimoya flavour vodka, which, if drank mixed with cream soda, is a real tarts drink but so easy to schlurp, you have to watch not to power drink into temporary oblivion...........

Prestige Irish Cream, bottle says it makes 750ml but I use it to make 1litre, just use the sugar required on the bottle, 300ml single cream and top up to 1 litre with 40% neutral.
I've recently bought the Essencia Butterscotch Cream, not tried it yet but I hope it makes liquid angel delight :-)

Angel Delight?
Didn't think you old enough, but a real trip down memory lane, and my all time fave flavour, before losing my sweet tooth.
I may yet be tempted back to the "dark side"!
Robert.

There is no ONE way.
