Just right for a 30 Litre boiler. Insulated...
Just spotted this

Stainless steel and insulated. If you could get an element in there without affecting the insulation it would be anice little boiler. All the sealing issues are sorted, hole in the top for the column and it should be strong enough for just about anything...
