Just hoping you guys up in the North & North West are ok with all these floods.
Just seen some poor folks trying to clean up...as the wife said what a thing to have 2 weeks before chrimbo....our hearts go out to them.
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

Of all the beautiful things in the world, only man can invent boredom

Seems that the rain and flooding has been worse than that brought in by dezzy.......

Plus over the crimbo break. Total bummer.

Seems from the news, it's not just Lancs and Cumbria, but bits of Yorkie land has caught it as well.

All I can do is sit here in the warm, watching Qi repeats and empathise.........

It didn't rain on me today.
Which actually is remarkable.
I cannot remember the last dry day.
Here's to some more.

Robert.

Good to read that you're far enough up not to have been washed out.

Feel much sympathy for those affected........

On a good point at least my town is built on a hill so we didnt get affected
By the floods but 2 mile away it was a no go area

Yeah. My partners rellies are in a similar situation i.e. high and far enough not to have a problem with floods, but the various power outages have been a total PITA from what we can gather.......
