Hey Aidanmac, I've never been able to find the solid ones either. If your really stuck how about bunging up the bored ones with a bit of copper tube pinched at the ends, of if you have something better to plug it with but is synthetic, just make sure its completely wrapped in PTFE tape, and you should have no worries.

Just for info Aidan, if you need corks or even silicone stoppers (better than rubber IMO), then you can always get them mail ordered from Brouwland. Sure not the quickest way, but I got stoppers (both cork and silicone) for 54 litre carboys from there.
It's a real treasure trove place, just a PITA that it's in Belgium with the extra costs/shipping etc
