Change e-mail details

Hi
Can anyone help please. This has nothing to do with distilling but I'm about to change my e-mail address. How do I change this within this site or do I have to re-register when the new details are active?

Open the User Control Panel at the top
Select Profile
Select Edit account settings
Always give the hardest job to the laziest person because they will always find the easiest way to do it.
