Oh, that's significantly less juniper than I've been using.. that might explain a great deal. Thanks for that one Gaza - I shall be trying that out shortly.

Just find that if I use to much
Juniper it gives me a harsh taste.
Also think, like others that if
you shut off at higher A.B.V. that
helps. Anyway we want quality not
quantity etc.
