Got this on the sound advice of Capt-Cudellez

A great silicone tape that seals it's self, just few wraps is enough to seal a 2inch column, here my column without the boka section, setup as a pot still, doesn't leak at all

Glad you're happy with it. Its a great product, it stretches to 2x or 3x its original size, and is really strong after a few seconds.

If you need to remove it, you just run a blade down it, and it peels away without any residue as it only sticks to itself.

Yeah I'm well impressed with it, I'm on my second of 4 striping runs with it, not going to remove it until I've done all 4, can it be re-used? Or is it done once it's been used once?

No I don't think you can reuse it, that top notch penny pinching, are you near the Yorkshire border? ;D

But it will last ages and ages if its on a join you don't need to remove often.

Thanks CC this brings a whole new concept to using multiple heads on one column without mess or fuss. ;D ;D
