Anyone that likes honey jack daniels

Like the title says, i have been playing around with different ways to make this using different honeys, pure maple syrups.Couldn't get the taste i was after. I got to thinking about FullySilenced and his ideas, canycane/butterscotch and the likes,While in the pharmacy getting my scripts i got my eye on some cindertoffee, some may know it as honeycomb i thought to myself'' i wonder'' got home and dipped about 70cl of bourbon from the ageing jar into a kilner jar and dropped c/toffee in piece by piece till i got sweetness that i liked, it dissolves pretty quick. I then stuffed a cotton ball in the neck of my funnel and
filtered slowly. Bearing in mind there's no honey involved it tastes damn good, i think it better than h/jack.

Trust me Robert, even if you try a glass full and filter, i bet you'll fill a
kilner up, i did, and loved it hence the few bottles in the pic.

Try adding pure maple syrup, not the cheap stuff, a few drops at a time in the
dissolving stage, just done it, and it tastes like an angel has peed on my tongue
see the angels always give something back.
