I'm making a new, stable ferm environ - thoughts, please?
Great fermentation is the basis for great alcohol.
I'm going back to basics and re-thinking (kiss) what I do - ferm'ing-wise.
I have 3 x 25litre carboys which I use on a rotating basis. I'm thinking of making an insulated box to house these all together with an electric blanket to the back of the box (so that there is no weight on the blanket itself. This blanket will be operated by a thermo-switch. The box will have a pc-fan to vent out the CO2.
I'm hoping this will provide as stable an environment as I can while keeping it simple.
Any thoughts, guys, please?

Sorry for the typo - not used to a screen keyboard - error corrected Many thanks
