Ordered one of these from Hong Kong, it's only 700W but has mentioned before it might be an idea to install 2 to warm up then turn one off?

After many e mails about the incorrect triclamp they agreed to a full refund including carriage charges if sent back

Said parcel is now stuck in DHL depot in Shanghai with a delivery address that apparently doesn't exist

If it doesn't get sorted I guess I'll have to try the eBay money back guarantee etc

If it comes to that I'll give you guys the trading name so you can Avoid

With China, if there is a problem, it is always best to claim via ebay if they try to insist you send it back at your expense. True in fact of any seller china or not. Many sellers try to pretend their terms and conditions overide the ebay policies but they don't. If the problem is their fault not your mistake then they are responsible for return postage. Always best to follow ebay claim procedures after giving them a chance to sort it first. The chinese do get ripped off a lot by dishonest buyers so I have some sympathy for them. Not enough to post anything back to china though.

How long is the element you ordered BB? Two might have been a good idea as suggested. One on a controller. One not.

Brilliant, Now I see the still running and a clear liquid wash to use in it and the spirit dripping out..... All's good.

Must remember not to throw the spent wash down the sink tho....... Fuckin' stinks!!!

I always run the cold tap to cut down on the steam when I am hot swapping. But stink ?
