with DJ's can see yeast movement etc...

Gave up fermenting in dj's in 1872 Just use them for product.

When I met Icefever, I was not the person that he expected.

You need a drop of Corn spirit mate, then you
could kick start your hearing aid.

Well finished fermentation, 20ltrs stripped on
my alembic copper still.4.4 ltrs@52% so 2 spirit
runs in the AS. After cuts ended up with nearly
4 bottles.
They didn't hang around for long!!
Aged with JD chips and neuked.
A sweet very moreish and tasty Whiskey.
Will be making more

Hi, looking at doing something similar and have a few questions Did you toast the JD chips? How many grams per litre? (Assuming 40%?). And how long did you leave them in?

Also what is 'neuked'
