First wash - how long for fermentation. SG target
Hi,
I have my first wash on (SS Triple), which has now been on for 7 days.
The airlock has slowed down to about 1 bubble every 5 seconds, and for the first time, I have lifted the lid and measured SG at 0.994
How can I be sure when fermentation is complete? Am I looking for the same reading over 2 days? How much longer do you think it will need to complete fully?

My last 2 SS Triple washes have taken 10 days to get down to 990. The airlock activity usually stops around the 7th day. Leave it another day or 2

Now on day 8, and the airlock is still has a little activity. SG is now just around .992, so it looks like it is getting close.
Does airlock activity stop completely, or is there still a little activity as the was degasses?
