I finally got a brew going this morning, using this yeast with my usual sugar wash. But only used half the amount of previous yeasts.
It took off like a train....
Another month or so,and I will have the chance to try it with a real Whisky brew.
I am unusually looking forward to the darker, winter months this year.

Am I too late for this, happy to paypal as a gift as mentioned before?
Just finished making a mash ton so this would come in very handy.

This is good yeast, with a 3 year shelf life, and I would hope that if Leatherman sells anymore, then he charges a fair price, to earn himself a premium.
I would happily buy any surplus that he does not wish to keep at the price that I previously paid.
Which was twice what he asked..
I would like to think that anyone else that Leatherman dealt with via this site felt the same as I.
There are bargains, and there is ripping off mates. :(

Hope you guys will enjoy these yeast, and of course will be interesting to read about results, since I didn't tried it yet. Don't think will have time to try any time soon. However I will of course let you know if I will have any more of these in stock. Happy fermenting :)
