I've seen a few bits from regulars here on the more "hardcore" distilling forums and I feel it's important to Thank them for posting here where it's maybe a bit more friendly and forgiving.

I've read more than most will in honesty and certainly re-read more than most will and feel like I only know a fraction of the available knowledge.

That's what it's all about... I never stop learning...I'm going into my 6th year now and I've come a long way from my Air still days.

When I look back and think what I served up to Mrs Ice & myself I shudder. but it's a different story now thanks to this forum, but also a couple of others that I read but only rarely post.
