Well mixed latest batch using food processor doddle and few bubbles the answer I think !

I did mine in brenda (the blender) and i got too many bubbles.

2 days later and the bubbles have subsided.

Using philips jug type food processor done 4 litres in a row hardly any bubbles cracked it I think ! ;D
